Payment is by credit card only. Please bring your physical card. If you do not have your physical card, please write down your card number, year/month, and security code (make sure they are correct) and prepare them with you.
The following cards are accepted:
JCB, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express
If you wish to cancel, please let us know at least one week in advance.
On the day of your appointment, if you have any important questions or requests regarding hairstyles, please let me know using a translation app or similar. I will do my best to communicate with you as much as possible through conversation.
Hair texture and head shape vary from person to person.
As I mentioned in the initial DM confirmation, the finished perm may not be exactly the same as the photo. Please understand that there may be some variation in the curl design.
Depending on your hair type, the perm may not take well, or the curl may become stronger than desired.
Even if the curls are too strong, please rest assured that they will loosen over time.
If, after everything is finished, there are no curls from the perm, or if the perm was unsuccessful, we will honestly inform you. Please understand that even if the perm is looser than expected, you will still be charged 50% of the price. Ideally, we would like to schedule a touch-up appointment and try again, but this is often not possible for tourists due to their limited schedules. We appreciate your understanding. Of course, if your schedule allows, we would love to schedule a touch-up appointment.
If, after the perm, there are absolutely no curls, there will be no charge.
*It is true that even among Japanese people, about 1 in 100 have hair types that cannot be curled.
Please note that we do not offer refunds.
Perms take time. Please relax and do as you please while you wait. It’s like being on an airplane; feel free to watch something, sleep, eat, or do whatever you like. We have an iPad with video streaming services available. Small wireless earphones are also available if you prefer.
Please don’t worry about me. Sit wherever you like and make yourself comfortable.
I can usually have all sorts of conversations with customers. Please forgive me if my limited English vocabulary prevents me from providing truly engaging conversations with international customers. However, I genuinely love and respect people from other countries. I truly want to learn more about your cultures and knowledge.
Please feel free to take photos and videos inside the salon. You are also welcome to bring your own drinks and food. However, please refrain from bringing anything with a strong smell. We do have a drink menu available at the salon.
There are convenience stores and a Starbucks near the salon. Japanese convenience stores sell delicious onigiri (rice balls) and bread. Their sweets are also tasty.
In Ginza, I recommend the basements of the upscale department stores Mitsukoshi and Matsuya. There are many shops where you can get delicious Japanese food to go.
The salon has smartphone chargers and free Wi-Fi. You are welcome to bring a companion into the salon’s treatment room. If you plan to bring a companion, please let us know in advance. On weekdays, you can reserve the treatment room exclusively. On weekends, it may also be possible to reserve the treatment room exclusively depending on the circumstances.
Please reply once you have reviewed the above.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
