I am very happy to be able to serve clients from overseas. Digital perms are a very delicate service at hair salons. Misunderstandings between clients and stylists are common with this service.
Regarding permed hair, most salons don’t conduct such thorough and honest checks. I am different; I approach each client with honesty.
It may be a little troublesome, but it’s important, so please read the following carefully.

① Please check the condition of your hair. Perms are a surgical procedure. Unlike hair coloring, they are not a safe hair treatment.
Please feel free to use the interpreter to communicate, explain, or ask any questions.
② I can speak a little English, but I’m not good at listening. Due to time constraints, I don’t have much time to carefully listen to my clients’ hairstyle requests at the salon. Please let me know your preferences in advance via DM.
I am a beginner in English conversation. I have absolutely no intention of saying anything rude, but if I say anything rude during our conversation at the hair salon, I apologize. There may be mistakes in expression or pronunciation.
To order a hairstyle, please choose from the photos posted on my Instagram. Simply show me the photo and I will suggest the perfect hairstyle. There is no need for detailed consultations for permed hair. Don’t worry; simply looking at the photo is enough.
③ The treatment takes 4-4.5 hours. Please understand that perming foreign hair is difficult, requiring a special technical process and time. The perm will not come out unless you cut your hair. After the perm, it will gradually loosen, but it has not loosened even after two months. In other words, the stronger the waves, the longer they will last.
④ Payment is by credit card only. VISA, Diners, American Express, MasterCard, and JCB are accepted. The price for a cut and digital perm is ¥46,750
Prices include tax. There is no tipping culture in Japan, so it is not necessary.
⑤A perm is not a hair treatment that will give you the perfect hairstyle. A perm is a perm, and it won’t give you the perfect hairstyle you get after styling with a curling iron. If you’re looking for the perfect hairstyle you get with a curling iron, a perm isn’t for you.
⑥Permed hair requires some getting used to in terms of drying technique. For the first week or two, you might not be able to style it perfectly because you’re not used to it. Once you get the hang of it, you’ll be able to easily create curly hair. It won’t magically become easy to manage the day after you get a perm.
⑦The results of a perm can vary slightly depending on your hair type. Please understand that there may be slight differences, such as the curls being a little stronger or weaker than the hairstyle you requested. Of course, I will do my best.
⑧This is important. For Japanese customers, if the perm is too loose, we will fix it free of charge on another day. However, this is often not possible for customers who are traveling due to time constraints. For overseas customers, if the perm I provide is too loose, I will reduce the payment to half price. Please understand that you do not need to pay the full amount. I will honestly tell you the result, so please rest assured.
⑨Damaged sections of hair and ends that are too thin must be cut. We cannot accommodate requests to perm without cutting the hair.
If your hair is more than 10 cm below your chest, you cannot get a perm. This is because the longer your hair is, the more difficult it is to get a successful perm, and the harder it is to recreate the style at home.
10.Everyone’s hair is different. Perms can sometimes loosen quickly, and sometimes they don’t curl at all. I will do my best to make it work. In the unlikely event that the perm doesn’t hold at all, you only pay the haircut fee. If the perm is successful but the curls are too loose, you only pay half the price. I will be completely honest with you about everything.
11.We strictly decline reservations from clients who wish to specify a particular brand of product or who ask questions such as, “Which brand do you use?” Our salon exclusively uses the highest-quality products that I personally trust.

③ Is this your first perm?
④ Please select and send us photos of the perm you would like. You can send as many as you like.
⑤ Since hair type varies from person to person and affects the perm’s outcome, please let us know your country of origin.
If your response is too late, the reservation slots may be fully booked, so we would appreciate it if you could reply as soon as possible.
If, after you arrive, we have to tell you that your hair condition is too risky to perm, it would be very disappointing for you. I dislike that, so I conduct pre-consultations for new Japanese clients as well. Thank you for your cooperation.
